Ozonemania Inspired Modern Home

This house was inspired by ozonemania's Cooper Downs House.

Modern homes are not really my thing, and because of that, this will be the last modern home you'll see from me. However, I was so impressed at ozonemania's build that I simply couldn't resist doing one more, using some of his idea's as the inspiration behind it. So it's with his permission, I present ... Ozonemania Inspired Modern Home.

On the first floor you'll find the open plan living area with stunning views (if placed where recommended) and modern stylish decor. Dining and kitchen have been tastefully decorated keeping with the modern theme. From the dining area you can walk onto the patio which really shows ozonemania's incredible building techniques. There's also gorgeous views from this location. The lower level also contains a WC.

On the top floor, you'll find three bedrooms. The main has the same amazing views as the patio, dining and living room below and is decorated in modern tones. The two other bedrooms are good sized and have been decorated to suit both a male and female child/teenager. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

The lot also contains a large pool, single garage and landscaped gardens.

Furnished it costs $147,476
Unfurnished $108,935

It was built at 250 Redwood Pkwy on a 4x3 lot. I recommend this house to be placed on one of those lots overlooking the lighthouse on Redwood Pkwy.
