One-story house with basement, built on a 20 x 25 lot, furnished for up to five sims. Base game content only.

On the screenshots, the tree in front is using a default override that I haven’t uploaded anywhere (it’s a cherry tree in disguise) have now uploaded with this lot if you want it.



Note that I have a lighting mod installed (this one) so the shadows are much more pronounced on my screenshots than they’d be in an out-of-the-box game – this is why I've photoshopped one of the screenshots (backside), the other ones are unmodified.
