Rose Cottage is a small Craftsman style cottage with two bedrooms plus a loft space large enough to make a third bedroom.
First floor features open plan kitchen/dining/living area with fireplace, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a half bathroom.
Second floor features one small bedroom, a bathroom, and a large loft space, currently furnished with a crib and toys, and an easel. The space could easily be made into an additional bedroom or office/studio space as needed.
(I'm currently building for a neighborhood I'm creating to try awesome mod's Story Mode feature, which requires the families you aren't playing to have cribs or they won't have babies, so my houses will tend to have cribs in them.)

There is driveway space for one care, and a good bit of yard.
