I wanted to call it 'Little house on the Prairie' but it's not... it's a little cottage... on a 40x30 lot. Why is it on such a big lot? Because I thought I could transfer it to a smaller lot, I guess not. =D
A great starter home on a good sized lot. Perfect for someone who`s ready to settle down and start a family or live the rest of their life alone.
