Cypress Cottage - Under 10K!

I had a picture of this cottage on my PC for a while, but never really gave it much thought. However, while pottering around in Riverview, I thought it would make a great starter. I then decided I would use it as the inspiration to create a starter cottage with the mission of keeping it under 10k. And, I finally did!

I've provided a real picture of the cottage so you can see where the inspiration came from, but this is not meant to be an exact replica, otherwise, it wouldn't have been kept under 10k.

So, this little cottage contains all the basic necessities one needs to start off. A bathroom, a single bed, reading lamp, stove, fridge, counter space, sofa, TV, two outdoor chairs and a BBQ.

There's a little landscaping, no parking space and only one custom content used which is linked below.

And best of all, it's priced under 10k so your Sim's have plenty left over to buy a bookcase and computer if they wish, or an easel for those creative Sims!

I built this little cottage at 303 Cypress Lane in Riverview on a 2x3 lot. Furnished it's $9,779 and unfurnished $8,182.
