NYC Living, with a beach view!

This lot was inspired by traditional brownstone apartments, although they are not meant to be exact replicas.

There are 3 separate apartments, however, 1 is completely derelict. It seems squatters have been living there for a while, so it's going to take some work to bring it back to it's former glory! The exterior paint is peeling, the gardens are over grown and pretty much dead, the interior has been almost completely gutted and what remains is awful enough to scare the rats!

The second apartment is tastefully decorated with 4 bedrooms, a library, formal dining, master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, den and pretty rear courtyard.

The third apartment is vacant and the former owners completely gutted it. They had planned on renovating but ran into a cash flow problem so it currently sits abandoned and ready for completion.
