I have created an entire series of suburban homes for Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley.

Each home has different features, but all of them are completely playable, have been fully landscaped, and are only on the one level as to make them easier for your Sims to get around.

All lots have the necessities, such as kitchen/bathroom facilities, smoke detectors, alarms, computers and so on. (The skill building objects may vary from house to house, but there is some kind in each). There's nothing you need to do, except move straight in.

>> CUSTOM CONTENT <<

All lots have custom content. I have tried to keep it to a minimum but you will need to install this content if you wish these lots to appear as they do in the screenshots.

I have included all the paintings I used from Sims Art Gallery in separate .rar files so you don't need to search through their website looking for the ones I used. It would be nice if you could visit there though, to show your support for their wonderful, free, work.

Each .rar file contains the paintings I used in each lot. I did them separately so you don't have to download all the paintings if you only wish to download one or two houses. You may find some of the same .package files in several .rars if you download more than one. It's no problem, just override them in your installation folder.

There's also a list of the other custom content I have used in each lot on the comments page. This additional CC is NOT included. Don't be discouraged by the amount of CC. It's mostly the same stuff used throughout, and you probably will already have the majority. I've just listed it all separately for those of you who may only download one or two lots.

Cars you see in the screenshots have NOT been packaged with the lots. I took the pictures just to show you where the parking spaces were. If you want them, you can find them at Fresh-Prince' profile.

It is highly recommended you place these houses where I have shown in the screenshot. However, all lots are flat, so they should be able to go just about anywhere.
