The Girls Cottage

Since creating my Bachelor Pad, (btw, thank you to the MTS member who stole that and uploaded it to the exchange claiming it as their own. I'm honoured), I thought it only fair to create something for the girls.

So, this is my Girls Cottage. I know, the name sucks, but you aren't here for my writing skills

I actually really adore this build. It's so sweet and pink! Maybe I went a little overboard on the interior in regards to pink but it's easily changed if you don't like it.

I designed this with a single mum (mom) and little girl in mind. The basement contains a good sized bathroom and two bedrooms. You could change the basement around to have 3 bedrooms if you need more room.

The main living area contains a study nook, comfortable living area, dining room and kitchen.

There is a parking space for one car (which is included in the lot), and the garden are really pretty, especially at night.

I built this lot at 91 Landgraab Ave but since it's on a 3x2 lot it will go just about anywhere.

Furnished it is $47,648 (you could sell the car if you wish)
Unfurnished $30,674

EDIT: It seems, that the flowers placed on top of the carport actually revert back to the ground when you exit and re-enter the house. Thank you to Morbus for pointing this out. I didn't realize it did that, so if that bothers you, just delete them altogether. Thanks, and sorry about that!
