I haven't uploaded anything in a while but a fellow creator here was getting impatient () so this is ... "Green Is Nice".

I decided to use one of the 60x60 lots at Summer Hill Court for this build because I find most of the time, the lots I create up there are just too large for people to play so the idea was to create a playable, family style lot which had some practicality on the large piece of land. It's still a fairly large home, but it is still extremely playable.

  • Four full size bathrooms. One on the lower level, two on the second floor and one a full ensuite to master.
  • Double garage with plenty of parking area for more vehicles.
  • Curved bridge in the rear yard with large private pond and pretty sitting area with telescope.
