I'm really excited to have finally completed this community lot and offer it for download. I've been working on it, on and off for some time and today, it's finally finished.

Lot Details

This lot was created at 210 Main Street in Sunset Valley (where central park is) so it's on a 64x64 lot. I highly recommend that's where you place it.

Furnished it's $361,100
Unfurnished $204,902

  • The lot has been fully tested and it's completely playable. All objects can be accessed by your sims
  • The custom content for this lot is quite extensive, and it includes store items. I do apologize for that, and this is the first lot I have uploaded which requires store content, but I felt it was necessary. You *could* play without these items, and the objects will be replaced with base game ones, but I highly recommend you use what I've listed, especially the MTS custom content like the patterns and stairs for e.g.
