Celia Winfrey has been a closely-guarded secret in the Winfrey family for many years. Born 3 years before than her younger, more glamourous and famous sister, Celia has spent the past 40 years under close supervision in an asylum. She has however recently been released into the custody of a close relative and hopes to live a quiet and peaceful life in nearby seaside town . Her long incarceration in the Riverview Sanitarium was a result of her insane and inappropriate behaviour. She also displayed symptoms of kleptomania. Much of her time in Riverview San was spent endlessly changing the channels. Miss Winfrey had no comment when asked about her sibling.
