'Beachy Styley' 3 bedroom Beach Cottage with pool

This house has been sitting in my build neighborhood unfinished and unfurnished for ages, because I none of the roof style options EA provided looked right. I wanted a green roof with white trim. Now that tammy trauma has made the right roof, I was finally able to finish and upload this house.

Three bedroom shotgun style cottage with covered carport and BBQ patio, and a small pool.
First floor features living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom with en suite bathroom and a half bath for guests. Both the kitchen and bedroom have glass doors leading out to the patio.
Raised patio has BBQ and built in counters. The patio dining table has a great view of the small pool below. Lounge chairs are by the pool.
Carport and driveway space for two cars, plus one bike rack.

Second floor features two large bedrooms, one the master with en suite bath, the other a kids room. Between the bedrooms is an office/study area with computer desk, easel and bookshelf, and another bathroom. Master bedroom has a private sun deck.

Two pieces of custom content are included in the zip, both paintings.
One is beach scene from my TS2 game, made into a TS3 painting for me by Skylar.
The second is a BV travel poster (beach) from TS2, also simmed for me by Skylar. I have his permission to distribute these files. (I have used these paintings in previous houses, so you may have them already.)
