Beachfront bungalow features three double bedrooms, three full baths, and an open kitchen/dining and living room plan.
Built on the 1 Sun Song Ave lot in Sunset Valley, this lot is ideally located on a corner lot. It was built with the corner on the right side, but you can actually flip the house around to place it on a left corner, the back of the house also can work as a front.

First floor features two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, plus a second bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and front and back porches. First floor bedrooms are decorated for adult residents in a roommates situation, but can easily be converted to children's rooms for family use.
Top floor is a large master bedroom with en suite bath and sundeck.

I used a lot of store items on this lot, including the kitchen and livingroom sets, and some bathroom and build items. Any store items you don't have will be replaced by base game objects.

Two patterns by Plum are included in this lot, one TS2 carpet conversion (Bliss), and one original pattern, Abstract Swirlies.
