Miner's Shack (Updated)
It has come to my attention there are several items and patterns on this lot that I failed to credit. This was unintentional on my part and I offer my apologies to both the creators and those who downloaded the original lot.
There were also a couple patterns used that I do not know who to credit for them, so they have been replaced with base game patterns.
Added Credits (Will also be credited below):

New Roof Recolors
Stone Patterns for you!

I have also added a starter car to the lot.
~~~~~~~
I have created another starter home for my medieval series. It contains all the necessary furnishings for your little sim peasants to start their lives. I have also included a carport and a parking spot, but no car, your sims will have to buy one themselves. The back yard contains a mine shaft in the side of a mountain, which makes sense since I named the lot Miner's Shack. The mine is purely cosmetic and serves no real purpose, but that's ok since there's no way to get your sims to mine anyway. I suppose if you wanted you could place a desk or something in the mine to force your sims to use it, but that's your call.
Hope you enjoy it. The next in the series will be a mid-priced medieval home.
Lot Size: 3x4
Lot Price: $15,401
Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
