This is the second of my two starter homes for my medieval homes series. House comes equipped with all necessary starter furnishings as well as a desk and chair for a study area. If your sims save their shillings, maybe they could buy a computer for their desk in about 500 years when they're invented.
There is also a nice size garden in the back yard as well a what appears to have been a barn or shed at one time, but is now nothing more than a safety hazard. I guess the peasants couldn't afford to repair it before it was too late. The lot is well decorated and actually very quaint, especially for a starter home under $16,000.
