The windmill comes in 2 models, Basegame and Mansion & Gardens. Both are animated and look the same.

The Mansion & Garden model will help with your electric bills, while the Basegame model just looks good.

The M&G model will only work in that SP. The Basegame model will work in any game. btw, If you have M&G, you can have both models in your game, at the same time.
