Greetings simmers! This is my very first Sims 3 lot upload to MTS. I worked hard on this, so testing and comments are very much appreciated.

Brief:
Design a modern and contemporary home on a small lot, while maintaining utility and spaciousness of a comfortably-sized home at a reasonable cost.

Demographic:
The house is ideal for sims who are ready to move out of their 'starter' homes, having established themselves financially. It is suitable for bachelors or couples about to expand their family for the first time.

A shot of the master bedroom. The spare bedroom (see floor plan 2), is roughly the same size, decorated for a baby or toddler, which can easily be converted or redesigned for older children, or can be turned into a guest bedroom.

Included among the uploaded screen shots are two floor plans, one for the ground floor and one for upstairs. There is also a view of the kitchen and breakfast bar, as well as the entry way or foyer of the house.

Special Notices:
The package is labeled 'In Modernation - Fixed!', this is in reference to a mistake I made in an earlier version of the lot regarding shower placement where the sims couldn't access it. The shower problem should be fixed in this version.
