Felitsa is a Coastal house. The second one I made in that style.
You're gonna fall in love with it !

It has a beautiful porch in front of the house to admire the beach and sunshines.



Downstairs you'll find the living ( my prefered room !), the kitchen and dining area with a small entry to garden, a powder room, and the double garage.
Upstairs, there're 2 bedrooms, each one connected with its own bathroom, plus an office.

I loved to decorate it ! ^_^
