I've always been attracted to small spaces. There's so much more potential in them than a big, empty room. Large homes are great but in the game, having to scroll from screen to screen chasing your Sim through the house can be a hassle, especially if your computer doesn't run as fast as you'd like it to be.

So I created a bunch of very small lots through my neighborhood in Create-a-World. This one is 14x9 and wasn't a challenge to build on it at all despite the smallest lot in Sunset Valley was 16x18. In fact, I found it quite spacious!




This house has an open floor plan with a little nook for the computer. Off the computer nook is the child's room and the living room opens into the patio. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a bathroom.
