This house is built on a 10x10 lot (it's not easy, building a functional house in such a small space!!) and is made with all base game objects. Being so small, it's perfect for your Sim family just starting out!


Downstairs, the entrance brings you straight into the cozy living area, with the stairs at the back of the room. To the right, there is a small but fully-functional bathroom, and to the right, through an arch from the living room, is the small kitchen.


Upstairs, there is a small landing and passage, leading to two bedrooms. The first room you come to is the single room. Currently set up as a guest room, it can easily be converted into a child's room. Next to it is the good-size master bedroom.
