This time I wanna present you a library-bookstore, Cottage Books


The features:
- Books for every sims taste
- Lots of nice armchairs and sofas for your simmies to sit comfortably and read them selves some fairytales
- The books are also available for sell
- You can work part-time in this shop

How to use:
- Search for an 30x20 lot in your town
- Change it to a library
- Place the lot
- Play the game

Built with patch 4.2.32. You probably need at least patch 1.12.70 / 2.7.7 / 3.3.11 / 4.0.87 to use this lot.
