Hi hi to all.

I have built so many residential lots lately, so I thought to do something different for a while.
Cottage Cafe is a community lot, and an addition to my Cottage series



Features:

Lotsize:
Place on a 20x15 lot. If you don't have one available on that size, place a new one in edit town. Change lot type to "visiters allowed" (or any that works similarly)
