[24/10] Newspaper & Mail Mods (Compatible with Patch 1.63-1.67)

This mod changes certain things to both newspaper & mail delivery.

Newspaper delivery:
1. The paperboy will drop newspaper near the mailbox without go to the door first.
2. The paperboy will come at between 7AM and 8AM.
3. The newspaper costs $5 or $10 or free (I include this because it's more realistic and also that I will know if the paperboy come to my house).

Mail delivery:
1. 50% chance of getting junk mail in the mailbox
2. Normal bills or 2x higher bills or 3x higher bills or 4x higher bills (I think the default is too cheap)
3. The mailman will come only at Friday between 11AM and 12PM.

There are three flavors for each newpaper and mail mods:
1. Newspaper costs $5 or $10 or free.
2. Normal bills or 2x higher bills or 4x higher bills.


Usage:
Pick the flavor you want and just put the package file into your Mods\Packages folder.


Note:
For the newspaper mods, I modify the DeliverNewspaper (2321D284620CE91A) and NewspaperDelivery (C5373656FA02CAB3) XML files, this will conflict with mod that modifies same files such as early newspaper delivery mod or realistic newspaper (with price) mod.

For the mail mods, I modify the Mailbox (894944A6DAD4A2CF) and MailCarrier (97B382ABD18C7701) XML files, this will conflict with mod that modifies same files such as higher bill mod or werismyki's Auto Pay Bills mod (because his mod includes higher bills too).

I also try to convert the junk mail into coupon, but no luck. If anyone can help me with this, I will appreciate this.
