24-10-2013 Compatible with Patch 1.63.

This mods affects the number of welcome wagoners (the neighbor who come to our house each we start a new game). The changes as below:

None: 0 sims (that's right, no more welcome wagon)
Less: 1-2 sims
More: 4-8 sims


Usage:
Just put the package file into your Mods\Packages folder.
Only use one or another. All versions modify the same file.


Note:
Please note that the amount of welcome wagoner also affected by radius between your house and the neighbor's house. So if you use the More version and only got 4 sims or less, maybe it's because your house is far away from the neighbor's house.
