Well hello again!

Following my Magnificently Modern Starter home, I wanted to create another modern design. This one is ten times the price but obviously has a lot more to offer!! So if your sims like modern but cosy and have no price limit then this house is for them

So here's some of the basics:

Rooms:
Downstairs
Hallway/Corridor with Study Furniture
Kitchen/Dining Room
Living Room
Bathroom with Shower
Bedroom (decorated as a spare bedroom)
Upstairs
Hallway
Bathroom with Bath and Shower
Master Bedroom with en-suite Shower Room
Boy's Bedroom (single)
Girl's Bedroom (single) leading to outside porch

The lot will cost a pretty hefty 198,604 simoleons, but it is fully furnished with wall hangings and decorations etc. so it's not lacking in furnishings! It has plenty of space for expansion if required also
