Hey once more!
I have made another modern home, in a very similar style to my Modern Design house, and I'm making them kind of like a little set not sure if there will be any more to come, but this and the first Modern Design will look good together on the same street for example - that's how they're arranged in my game.
So anyway, you'll probably want to know what rooms it has so here's the list!

Rooms:

Downstairs
Hallway/Corridor
Study
Living Room
Kitchen/Diner
Twin Bedroom (dressed as a "spare" room)
Bathroom with bath and shower

Upstairs
Hallway/Corridor
Bathroom with shower
Master Bedroom with en-suite
3 Single Bedrooms

This lot is not quite as expensive as the last but it's still a hefty sum - I'm thinking of doing another in the same style but for a mid-range price closer to around 70,000. This one will set your sims back 168,459 so it's only for the rich! There's room left to extend at will as well, and as per usual it contains absolutely no custom content!

Hope you all like it, these houses take hours haha
