Luxury Apartment Complex (inspired by Jonesi)

Hi! Its been a while since I uploaded so here i am again! Jonesi made a fantastic apartment complex and i loved it so much that i decided to have a go at making my own aparment complex. It is different, with more houses and a different style, so i hope it looks good!
It comes unfurnished (except the outside) because there is a lot of uncreditable custom content that i have used in the furnished version. There is however still some custom content, but not much. Here it is:
Smart Door - tunaisafish
Outdoor Rosebush - 4eversimfantasy
Big Palm Shrub - BitzyBush at TSR
Wallwindow Seamless Fence Gate - Numenor

This is the only custom content! The lot does need all EP's - university, nightlife, and open for business.

A Brief Description of the Lot
There are 6 apartments and a good sized swimming pool. There are 3 pairs of apartments, meaning 2 of them are the same, another two are the same etc. (Look at the picture if you don't understand :D). Inside the 2 larger apartments are:
living room
kitchen
dining room
play/games room
3 bathrooms
5 bedrooms
upstairs balcony
front porch with patio furniture

Inside the two medium apartments are:
living room
kitchen
dining room
play/games room
2 bathrooms (or 3 i cant remember!! lol)
4 bedrooms
upstairs balcony
front porch with patio furnitre

Inside the smallest apartmens are:
living room
kitchen
dining room
2 bathrooms
3 bedrooms
upstairs balcony
front porch with pation furniture.

As I said before there is a good sized outdoor pool for all to share :D, and the apartments have the lockable smart door for privacy. All this can belong to your sims for 260,423 simoleons :D
