Hey all

This is the next in my Modern Designs series! With a slightly more modest price tag than the first two in the series, it's more of a mid-range house and so is a bit more accessible for your simmies!!

Downstairs
Hallway/Corridors
Living Room
Kitchen/Diner
Bathroom with Bath and Shower
Master Bedroom

Upstairs
Hallway
Bathroom with Shower
2 Single Bedrooms (one decorated for a boy and one for a girl)

Money-wise your sims are looking at 84,209 so not too high! No custom content in it, and it's fully furnished
