Heyyho!
Modern Designs (find the first here and the second here has officially become a series, because I'm enjoying making the houses So, no series of sims 2 houses is complete without a starter!! This one comes fully furnished with a POOL Yay!

Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen all one
Large Double Bedroom
Bathroom with Shower

The lot contains zero custom content, costs 19,975 simoleons and has room left to expand
This house is the first time I've attempted a starter with a swimming pool, so I really hope you all like it!
