Hey! This is just a small cosy house (1 floor) that i made in about an hour. I especially made it to be compatible with the original sims 2 game and it contains NO custom content whatsoever!
The rooms are as follows: living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom, large main hallway with computer, nursery and two double bedrooms.
It will cost your simmies 47,829 simoleons, fully furnished. If requested by enough people i can do an unfurnished version - i just try not to do too much unless there are people that want it (sorry if that sound selfish).
