The third part of the Little Stone House Series! As cute and cozy as the others, but just a little bit bigger! This house is for a bigger family.
It has two frontdoors, so you're sims can enter it any way they want to. On the first floor you'll find a open kitchen, a little dining space and a livingroom. Just like the others. When you're heading upstairs, you will enter the hallway. The first room is a bedroom, then there's a bathroom and finally.. a second bedroom! This one is the biggest, so probably for the parents.. The other and first bedroom can be used by another couple, but you can also place two one-personbeds in it for your little kids..
Outside is again the little cute garden.

So, for this house you will need both Ambitions and World Adventures to run it in your game. You'll also need the Creeping Ivy by Lemoncandy
The lotsize is 15x10. The price is 47.637 furnished and 35.118 unfurnished.
