Joe Carr was looking for an ultra-modern view home with room to entertain, or who knows, start a family. He decided on this 2 - 3 bedroom home on Pine Lake. There are two good sized bedrooms on the second floor, and one room and bath on the first floor which Joe is using as a home gym. There are decks on all three floors from which to enjoy the view. Joe particularly enjoys playing chess and having cookouts with his friends on his ground floor deck right off the dining room and entry way.
