I realize that desert terrain doesn't appeal to everyone. We desert rats love our gravel because we don't have to water grass, but of course we love our flowering shrubs and shade trees which need water so who knows . . . This house is small and convenient with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living, dining room, eat-in kitchen, pool, and hot tub (from all the water saved by the gravel!) There is a skylight in the roof of the cc version, I'm not sure why except that I thought it looked cool. Thanks to niol and rgiles for the transparent tiles.
If you like the house, but not the desert, I also give you a no cc version located in grass. Anything for our sims!
