I have been building customs houses and downloading them for a long time. But today I decided that I should start giving back to the community. I usually keep the lots to myself but I couldn't resist this time. Therefore I present to you, my first lot.

A little two storey lot with a car park covered in flora. This lot includes:
- Living room on platform
- Dining room
- Kitchen
- Two bathrooms
- Two bedrooms (one child one master bedroom)
- Hallway with computer
- Outdoor: Parking space, vegetable garden, balcony, garden area with seating



My favourite part of the home is the flower covered carpark and the exterior. The exterior was inspired by this house, but has been adjusted to suit a more simlike environment and my own desires.The internal layout is of my own design as is the carpark. Because this is my first lot though, I would appreciate constructive feedback.

Important things:
- This is a 2 bedroom house, but it can be easily changed in to a 3 bedroom house if needed if you just want the downstairs bathroom. Also the kids bedroom can have a bunkbed if you so desire.
- You don't need all EP's an SP's to work, because all missing items will be replaced by ones from base game. However, Generations is highly recommended to have the spiral stairs.
