As part of my recent Apocalypse variant challenge, I've required community lots to be included. To help out that end, I've created a couple, with another few to follow. The first is a Military Compound Base, this lot is for joining the military to help protect the public from the hordes of zombies. Everything you'd need to become a well trained fighting machine drone are here for you.

The second is the lot I've been using as my Founder's Lot. It's not the prettiest thing, but it does work pretty well and follows all the restrictions. It's currently sitting well above the starter lot budget, but whats a couple grand between friends, right?

Enjoy!
