It started during 1963 - Over-weight with too much simoleons and an irregular heartbeat from all those grilled cheese sandwiches, Bobby Poots decided he would start a sweater factory in the industrial side of town where only the poor kids wandered in search of old copper to trade in for their endless growing video game collection.

Bobby Was a callous man, he didn't much care for "appropriate working conditions", and so it wasn't much of a surprise to his business associates and lawyers when ol' tubby's sweater factory caught on fire, killing all 57 of his employee's who just wanted to 'bring home the bacon' for their families and loved ones.

Unfortunately for Bobby Poots, the jury favoured with the courtroom full of sad-faced children and their weeping fathers, and he was immediately sentenced to life in prison where he died 3 days later of a heart attack.
His little old sweater factory was soon forgotten and left as a skeleton amongst the thousands of buildings which surrounded it.
Children often dare each other to spend the night on the third floor where the doors are melted shut and the iron staircases are too fragile to run screaming down as the ghosts of the 57 sweater factory worker's come back to seek revenge.

I have a huge soft spot for grungy old buildings, and I was watching Eraserhead again today (for about the 29th time this year - still trying to figure that one out) and proceeded on an inspiration binge which resulted in this rusty old mess.

A good majority of the CC included are walls and floors. There's two windows and two doors.
