First off i would like to thank my best friend for all his in-put into the finish and design of the house, Thanks Ben!

Anyway, a while a go i wanted to create a house with the theme of halloween and witches in mind, so today i present to you a house, home to my witches of Twinbrook, but these weren't any ordinary witches. These witches are 3 sisters, bound together by fate, sister hood and, of course Magic!
Many curious neighbours speculate as to why the house is situated as it is, and why it's glorious white exterior never seems to age, but that's a story for another day...

On the ground floor you will find; 3 porches, a large foyer, kitchen, dinning room, parlour and a bathroom.

On the first floor you will find; a landing (with fireplace for extra warmth), an office, 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a bathroom, and a seperate W/C.

On the second floor you will find a Tv snug, leading up to the third floor where you will find the fourth bedroom.
The house is situated on a 30 by 20 lot, which i think best suites 17 Sweetwater Loop in Twinbrook, it costs 100,123 simoleons furnished and 54,666 un-furnished. The cars shown but not included are: Fresh-Prince's 1972 Plymouth Fury http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=413388 and 2009 Yoshomoto Evasion http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=407305
