Hello everyone! I am back again and bringing you some new builds to enjoy!

This small two bedroom home has only been referred to by the locals as "the house on the hill", and is often a popular topic in discussions about the paranormal. The home's owners were almost never seen in public, strange and disturbing sounds would be heard emanating from within its walls, and many even claim to see a dark, shadowy figure peering down from the attic window. Whatever the truth is, the home has sat abandoned for many years now and is now waiting for a new owner. Will your Sims be the next ones who call this eerie residence home?
