This spacious mansion built into a hill provides both gorgeous scenery and excellent privacy.

This is the version of the house I built for one of my legacies, but with all the personal items (LTR, firefighter stuff, etc.) and CC removed. The house is built into a hill, but the edges of the lot are flat. The only "issue" I've had playing in this house is that Sims will decide to just climb up the hill to get to the front door instead of using the first set of stairs.

The first floor contains the kitchen, the living and dining areas, the den, the master bedroom, one bathroom, and a doorway leading to the stairs. The second floor contains the other three bedrooms, the other bathroom, the gym, the study, and a landing area. The basement garage includes a work area for inventing, sculpting, and cutting and displaying gems.

No custom content or store content is used in this build. All expansions, plus HELS, OLS, and TLS are used in some way.

Edit: Turns out one item of store content was used (the mailbox).
