This time I present a lovely, and very natural lot. It is called 1110 SandField Close, and is perfect for nature loving sims and older couples. Though, if you have a bigger family, you can always go upwards.
The house even features a detached studio:

Yep, a studio where you can be exposed to nature, how awesome is that! You're just painting a painting about nature, and grass.. and stuuuff, and then a bird flies in and lands on your easel! Aaaww...Okay, movig on...
