This contemporary, Victorian-esque house was made for my elder Sims.
Everything's detailed in calming sea colors (blues and greens) though it's not at all nautical-themed.
And like many grandparents' homes, this house has a guest room.
But in my game, the guest room is really for grandchildren's sleepovers.
You can use it however you like.
