House on Beryl Shoals - 2br 2 ba (No CC)

This is a beach house I've built on Beryl Shoals in Isla Paradiso for my resort owner merman sim to make it easier for him to swim in the ocean. I tried my best and I think it turned out pretty nice.

It's a 4 level house, although the 3rd floor is only a small room. I've used no CC and it only requires Island Paradise, Pets and Diesel Stuff.

NOTE: I've only used a desk lamp from Diesel Stuff in the study room, if you don't have that pack you may replace it with another one -- the rest of the packs however are necessary.
