The area that I am from in Florida used to be filled with these homes when I was a child. Unfortunately in the name of progress they are much rarer now unless they are a newer re-production.

As you can probably tell by most of my homes. I am fond of bold colors and patterns. They may not be for everyone but I find them very cheerful. The home has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, living, dining, kitchen, and a small den/library. It has porches that run the length of the house both front an back, with plenty of windows to let in that cool breeze.

There is computer, T.V., chess table, bookshelf, telescope, pond and car all for your sims convenience and fulfillment needs.
