This hotel began as a modern American home and somewhere along the way morphed into a Mexican-style casa. Surprising since I know nothing about Mexican architecture.

Originally there were three master suites and another bedroom, and I played it with six sims! - two sons and their wives, a single daughter, and their old mother who loved to sew. It was a lot for my newbie playing skills, but I stuck with it until the mother died, one of the couples and the daughter moved out, and I got a new computer and didn't bother transfering my game files. This time around I decided to make it a bed & breakfast, although it's a little big for a B&B.







I placed the lot on Twikkii Island, imagining a whole village of Mexican-style homes and community lots (which I'll get around to building one day). My current sims have vacationed here twice and take advantage of all the facilities when I give them free will to do what they want. For some reason, they especially enjoy sitting on the front portico and greeting other guests as they come and go.

I tried to keep the custom content to a minimum, using just enough to give it a south-of-the-border feel. It's an easy lot to play, but because of it's size, you should be careful of adding too much cc; it will slow your game considerably.

The hotel offers 6 rooms - four moderately priced rooms downstairs and two higher-priced rooms upstairs - pool, hot tub, and creative activities (chess, telescope and painting). There are two porticos, four balconies, three staircases to the upper floor, and a number of quiet, out-of-the-way places for your sims to be alone.
