An elegant plantation home for extremely wealthy sims who wish to live in comfort, luxury, style and surrounded by beautiful nature. Ideal for a larger family with pets, suitable for training horses. Decorated with gentle, soft colours and a mix of traditional and modern styles.

The lot offers enough beds for six adults/children and a toddler/baby. There is extra space at the attic for even more beds or your sims' hobbies.

Ground floor: Main enterance and hallway, open kitchen/dining room, living room, study, bathroom and laundry.
2nd floor: Master bedroom, children's bedroom, nursery, guest room, hallway, gym and two bathrooms.
Attic: Servant's bedroom, art studio, empty room.

The outbuilding has stables and a nectary (basement). There is also an orchard, an outside hot-tub and a swimming pool for those long, warm summer days.

The house costs §316 283 furnished and §158 518 unfurnished. It is built on a 50 x 50 lot.

I have used a few CC items and also some store items. I know many downloaders don't appreciate it, but in my opinion there is just a lack of proper decotarive items otherwise. I tried to keep the CC/store stuff in minumun. Most of it is purely decorative but there are two functional ones as well.
