This charming Victorian farmhouse is a perfect family home for outdoorsy and greenthumbed Sims. Merry Meadows has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere and enough room for even a bigger family. The main house has three floors with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a toilet. Colour theme is fresh, warm and sweet: Lots of wood and light shades of green, red, yellow and white.

The estate is surrounded by a lush and rich garden with mature plants just waiting to get harvested. The small rocky pond has some fish in it. Downstairs the spacious barn a nectar cellar can be found, and the upstairs is used as an art studio.

1st floor: Hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom.
2nd floor: Hallway, master bedroom, children's bedroom, nursery, bathroom.
3rd floor: Hallway, guest room, toilet.

Creator's Note:Once again, I have used loads of store stuff with this lot. I apologize the inconvenience it may cause many. The house, like all my houses, is built for my Sims and completely to my own, personal preferences. This time I used also some third party custom content, but that is all purely decorative.

However, I like to share my work in case someone with a fondness for Victorian design and the store stuff required finds them useful. For me it takes a very long time to make any lots since I'm so demanding with details. So a big thank you to everyone - looking or downloading.

EDIT 31 May 2010: The lot had a problem with Sims not being able to cook. The stove was blocked by the decorative objects above it. I have corrected it. If any more problems arise, please let me know. Thanks!
