2 unfurnished starters audreysims 106 and 107 Daisy Lane

These are two unfurnished additions to my Daisy Lane homes, which are starter homes that are 1-3 bedrooms costing less than 25,000. 106 Daisy Lane (pictured above) has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with room on the side of the house for a driveway/garage. It costs 11,942 and is placed on a 3x2 lot. This home is good for when you make a family in CAS with both boys and girls, however it only has 1 bathroom, so I wouldn't suggest more than 5 sims if you don't plan on adding another half bathroom at least somewhere.

The second house is 107 Daisy Lane (pictured above) and has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and a deck with a pond in the back yard. This house is good for a family of 3-4 sims. I didn't include any sim view images since it's unfurnished and I think you might be able to get a good idea from the layout pictures.

Neither of these home use ANY custom content (yay!) and only pets and mansion and garden stuff. Enjoy and comments are very welcome happy simming!
