zeroHouse is a real prefabricated housing option which we have recreated as faithfully as possible, and at a very reasonable price for your sims. The real thing costs $350,000 USD, but your sims can have it for a tad under ยง73K!

zeroHouse is a two bedroom house, perfect for the environmentally friendly family, and comes with 4 bikes (two adult, two kid).



On the ground floor you will find:
  • Two bike parking areas (Front)
  • BBQ Area (Back)
  • Small Garden
  • Back Porch with seating
  • Kitchen with breakfast bar
  • Lounge with wall-mounted TV



Taking the spiral staircase to the second floor will lead to:
  • Master Bedroom with seating
  • Second Bedroom with seating and bunk beds
  • Bathroom
  • Upper Balcony 1 with sun loungers
  • Upper Balcony 2 with table and chairs



You will also find solar panels on the roof.
