This pool villa was originally designed by JM Architecture and has been recreated by SIMple Homes for The Sims 3.

This villa is all on a single floor and is very spacious, with a lot of outside areas as well for your sims to enjoy the good weather and fresh air.



The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and lounge with views of both the front and back gardens.



The other rooms in this villa are:
  • Master Suite including bedroom, bathroom and dressing room
  • Bedroom 2 (Double bed)
  • Bedroom 3 (Double bed)
  • Study/Library
  • Double garage with 1 car already included
  • Bathroom
  • WC/Restroom
