One of my Sims wanted a vacation home, and since her only vacation had been to Takemizu, I built it there. It's a small house, built for a single Sim, but will accommodate two if they don't mind sharing a bed (or you could replace the double bed with two singles).

The home has a central living area with the kitchen and bath on one side and a bedroom on the other. Shoji screens define the areas, and the only interior door is to the bathroom. There's a tea table on the back deck for serving tea and a pond in the backyard from which you can fish. Because it's a vacation home - and my Sim is a workaholic - I didn't include a desk and computer. But it has a bookcase for studying skills. Despite it's size, there's plenty of room for entertaining.
